Refund policy

Scope

  • Intended for end consumers (private persons purchasing for personal use).

  • B2B customers may be subject to separate terms.

Withdrawal period

  • You may withdraw within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods.

Condition of returned goods

  • The goods must not be used more than necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

  • Must include the complete set, original packaging, undamaged labels, and any included gifts/documents.

  • The buyer is responsible for any diminished value if the goods have been used beyond what is necessary.

How to return (process)

  1. Registration: email info@padelcrush.eu (order no., item, short reason – no need to provide details).

  2. Packing: pack securely, include a copy of the proof of purchase and (if convenient) the withdrawal form.

  3. Shipping: send via your chosen courier/parcel locker to the returns address.

  4. Tracking: provide the shipment tracking number – this speeds up the return process.

Who pays for the return

  • The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer.

  • If you received a defective / incorrect item, we will cover the return costs.

Refund

  • Refund includes the product price + standard delivery (additional options, e.g., express delivery, are non-refundable).

  • Refunds are made using the same payment method; if paid with a gift voucher, the voucher balance will be restored.

  • Timeframe: up to 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, but we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they were sent.

Exchange

  • An exchange option is available (size/model). If the requested option is in stock, we ship it once we receive the return; if out of stock, we will offer an alternative or issue a refund.

Exceptions to the 14-day right

  • Personalised goods (e.g., name stickers, engraving, special balancing).

  • Sealed hygiene items if the packaging has been opened (e.g., compression apparel).

  • Fully performed services within 14 days with explicit consent.

  • Other cases provided by law (health/hygiene considerations, etc.).

Non-conformity and warranties

  • A 2-year legal guarantee of conformity applies from delivery.

  • If non-conformity is identified: first repair or replacement within a reasonable time; if not possible — price reduction or termination of the contract / refund.

International returns

  • Returns are accepted from Lithuania and the EU.

  • When shipping from outside the EU, customs duties/taxes may apply — they are non-refundable and must be covered by the sender (except in cases of an obvious seller error).
