Delivery

Delivery across the EU with parcel lockers and couriers (Omniva, LP Express, DPD and others). Available options and prices are shown in the cart and at checkout.
Free delivery in Lithuania on orders from €90. The free delivery threshold for other countries is shown in the cart.
Pickup in Lithuania: collect your order yourself – ready within 2 hours.

When do we ship?

On working days we usually ship the same day, and at the latest within 1–2 working days of payment. Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Delivery times

Lithuania: 1–3 working days
Latvia and Estonia: 2–5 working days
Other EU countries: 3–7 working days

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel your purchase without giving a reason.
Items must be unused (tried only as much as needed to check them), with original packaging, labels and all accessories.
Register your return in your account at account.padelcrush.eu or email info@padelcrush.eu with your order number and the item.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. If you received a faulty or wrong item, we cover the return.
Refunds are made within 14 days to the original payment method.
Want a different weight or model? Exchanges are possible – if the variant you want is not available, we will suggest an alternative or refund you.
