RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Scope

This policy applies to consumers (individuals purchasing for personal use). Separate terms may apply to B2B customers.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the last item in your order, including weekends and public holidays, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you may:

  • Or contact us by email: info@padelcrush.eu (stating your order number, item, and wish to withdraw)

Your notice must be submitted before the 14-day period expires. Upon receipt, we will confirm by email.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must not have been used beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functioning (as you would in a physical store). Items must be returned with full contents, original packaging, intact labels, and any included gifts or documents. The buyer is responsible for any diminished value if the item has been used beyond this.

Return Process

  1. Register: via account.padelcrush.eu or by email to info@padelcrush.eu (order number, item, brief reason — no detailed explanation required)
  2. Pack: securely, including a copy of your purchase document and (if convenient) the completed withdrawal form
  3. Ship: via your chosen courier or parcel locker to our returns address (provided in the confirmation email)
  4. Track: provide the tracking number — this speeds up processing

Items must be returned no later than 14 days from the date you submitted your withdrawal notice.

Return Shipping Costs

Direct return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund

We will refund the item price plus standard delivery costs (additional costs, e.g. express delivery, are non-refundable). Refunds are issued using the same payment method; if paid by gift card, the card balance will be restored.

Timeline: within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or proof of its return shipment.

Exchange

An exchange option is available (size/model). If the requested variant is in stock, we ship it upon receiving the return; if out of stock, an alternative or refund will be offered.

Exceptions to the 14-Day Right

  • Personalised items (e.g. custom stickers, engraving, special balancing)
  • Sealed hygiene goods where packaging has been opened (e.g. compression wear)
  • Services fully performed within 14 days with explicit consent
  • Other cases provided by law (health/hygiene grounds, etc.)

Conformity and Warranty

A 2-year legal conformity guarantee applies from the date of delivery. In case of non-conformity: repair or replacement within a reasonable time; if not possible — price reduction or contract termination and refund.

International Returns

Returns are accepted from Lithuania and the EU. For shipments from outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply — these are non-refundable and are the sender's responsibility (except in cases of obvious seller error).

  • Used racket: you may inspect it as you would in a store; extended use on court may result in diminished value
  • Delivery cost: only standard delivery is refunded
