Withdrawal period

You may withdraw within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods.
Condition of returned goods

The goods must not be used more than necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Must include the complete set, original packaging, undamaged labels, and any included gifts/documents.

The buyer is responsible for any diminished value if the goods have been used beyond what is necessary.
How to return (process)

Registration: email info@padelcrush.eu (order no., item, short reason – no need to provide details).

Packing: pack securely, include a copy of the proof of purchase and (if convenient) the withdrawal form.

Shipping: send via your chosen courier/parcel locker to the returns address.

Tracking: provide the shipment tracking number – this speeds up the return process.
Who pays for the return

The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer.

If you received a defective / incorrect item, we will cover the return costs.
Refund

Refund includes the product price + standard delivery (additional options, e.g., express delivery, are non-refundable).

Refunds are made using the same payment method; if paid with a gift voucher, the voucher balance will be restored.

Timeframe: up to 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, but we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they were sent.
Exchange

An exchange option is available (size/model). If the requested option is in stock, we ship it once we receive the return; if out of stock, we will offer an alternative or issue a refund.

Non-conformity and warranties

A 2-year legal guarantee of conformity applies from delivery.
