1. Where we ship

Lithuania and European Union (EU) countries.

Shipping to non-EU countries is currently not offered. If you would like delivery to another country, please contact us by email.
2. Shipping methods and pricing

Courier delivery to home or office: delivery via our logistics partners (e.g. DPD, Omniva, LP Express, or others). Available delivery options are shown during checkout.

Parcel lockers / pickup points: available options are displayed at checkout depending on the destination country and shipment parameters.
Shipping costs are displayed in the cart and at checkout, depending on the selected delivery method, shipment weight, and destination country.
Free shipping for orders over €90 within Lithuania.
Free shipping thresholds in other countries may vary by destination; applicable conditions and current offers are always displayed in the cart and during checkout.
3. Order processing

Processing time: 1–2 business days after successful payment (Monday–Friday). During peak periods (e.g. sales, holidays), processing may take longer.

If part of the order is a pre-order, the shipment will be sent once the item arrives in stock (the estimated date is shown on the product page). Orders may be split into multiple shipments at no additional cost to the customer.
4. Estimated delivery times

Lithuania: 1–3 business days after the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

Baltic countries: 2–5 business days.

Other EU countries: 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to carrier workload, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
5. Shipment tracking

Once the order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) and a tracking link by email.
6. Failed delivery and address errors

If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier usually makes 1–2 delivery attempts or redirects the shipment to a nearby pickup point or parcel locker.

An incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the shipment being returned. Re-shipping may be subject to an additional delivery fee.
7. Damaged or lost shipments

Upon receiving the shipment, please inspect the packaging. If visible damage is detected, note it in the courier’s documents (where possible) and notify us by email within 24 hours, attaching photos or videos.

If the shipment does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
8. Risk and ownership

The risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to the customer when the goods are physically received by the customer.

If the customer chooses their own carrier that is not offered by the seller, the risk transfers when the goods are handed over to that carrier.
9. Customs duties and taxes

For deliveries within the EU, additional import duties are generally not applied.

If, in exceptional cases, a shipment is sent outside the EU, all import duties, taxes, or fees are borne by the recipient and are non-refundable.
